A scenic road winding through Chino Hills State Park connecting the cities of Brea (Orange County) with Chino Hills (San Bernardino County). The town of Sleepy Hollow was created in the 1920's with several cabins. After WWII, Sleepy Hollow developed into more full time residential and now has about 400 residents. Carbon Canyon Road (142) is how people travel to this town that still has a small town feel but also has newer mega mansions tucked away. This is a great short drive and will be very green in late winter into early spring during a wet winter.
