Newland House

In the midst of a heavily populated city called Huntington Beach, lies an old farmhouse kept in pristine condition. The Newland House is situated in what is now a shopping center. This farmhouse was built in 1898 which was before the incorporation of Huntington Beach in 1909, know as Pacific City at the time. The area the farmhouse sits is on prime land as there is a spring nearby and is a great area for farming. This area was previously used by the Tongva People who were the original inhabitants on this side of the Santa Ana River.

This site is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. You can visit the museum on the 1st and 3rd weekends of each month from 12pm to 4pm. For more info, visit their website.
