Known for its small surfer town vibe, San Clemente is a great beach to visit without as much chaos but with great restaurants and shops nearby still. This beach does get packed on hot weekends but otherwise is usually pretty easy to find parking in the metered lot. This beach has lifeguards and restrooms as well as the iconic train that passes by frequently.
